This policy explains how Pour the Party™ handles information you share through this website.
Information you choose to send
The general contact form may ask for your name, email address, subject, and message. The brand inquiry form may also ask for a company or brand name, website, product category and description, where the product is sold, wholesale and partnership availability, and anything else you choose to tell us.
How we use it
We use submissions to read and respond to inquiries, consider potential brand relationships, and keep relevant correspondence. Submitting a form does not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell the information you submit merely because you contact us.
Form processing and site services
Both forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, so the information you send passes through that service. The site is also delivered through a hosting provider and loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Those providers may receive technical information, such as an IP address, as part of delivering the site or processing a form. Review their policies for details about their own practices.
Cookies and analytics
Pour the Party does not currently run a site-owned analytics or advertising tracker in its website code. We have not set up a site-owned cookie preference or account system. Third-party services and sites reached through external links may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.
Links and affiliate referrals
Some links lead to independent brands or stores. Some are affiliate links: if you buy through one, Pour the Party may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Once you leave our site, the destination’s privacy practices apply.
Security and your questions
We take reasonable care with information submitted to us, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or payment information through the forms. To ask about your submitted information or request its correction or deletion, use the Contact page.
